Title: "Internal Server Error" After changing permalinks

After upgrading to 3.0 everything worked OK and then I change the permalinks setting back and now I can't access the site or the administrator panel. I have already change the file as show here: https://github.com/osclass/OSClass/commit/33f572854d9c59fadf152e6d95a212335d0aa28a, but I still have the problem.

Any help is appreciated

Nothing I did worked, so I had to do a clean install. Everything works now, but lost some of my post and my themes for the previous version no longer works  :(
