Unable to install OSclass.

Hi,

I'm unable to install OSclass. Getting an error in the last that "Osclass database server is not available. Need more help?". Although I'm passing correct information while installation.

Please help me. I don't know what to do. Domain name is www.dealingin.com

This means that osclass could not get into your database, try this:
- check if username & password to database are correct
- check if link to database is correct, if not, contact your hosting provider what is correct link. It happened to me as well, because there was required also port number in address

Maybe you have blocked yourself. Do you see same when you access your site using another one?

I like this happens. ftp completely wipe out the first attempt at throwing white sheets from the start I get the error. After the trials I'm always getting this same error.

*I do not understand how to prevent blocking you're talking about.

Well, problem is with your hosting. You should choose better one than your currect.

Yes, It installed now. I contacted to my hosting provided they resolved the issue.

Can anybody tell me that how to make it interesting or anybody interested to do ?

Your error is different. Error 404 means "Nothing found here", so you probably did not installed osclass to correct folder, or there is problem with your .htaccess. Again, hosting support can usually solve such problem very fast or help you with that.
