Thanks for the answer, but ... still the same !!
I ve tried a lot of combinations but !!!!

for thr 1st = (always the same) localhost
2nd ==> i tried = uwamp - osclass - mysql - mysqlnd - classif
3rd ==> ' root' (for USERNAME)
4 ==> 'my_psswd' (i ve put 'root' ; it s "at home, for try" -> doesn t mater)
5 ==> instead of "oc_" (as I want to put more ...; i wrote ) ==> oc_3  -  oc_class  - oc12
and ... it s ALWAYS the same  !!!!!!???
Before , my (lovely !?) machine told me : "error 1452" ,
and now the message is = "ERROR" can't connect to DB, check if the user has privileges;

(But, my DEAR computer, I went to see PHPMyadmin, and its ok !!!
The "root" has privileges so ??

Go to your root instalation and delete config.php file, after it try to install again with other database name
