3.5.9 osclass upload not workig

Hi everyone , just changed provider , fresh one mow,
installation goes straight  1st time no issues .

logged into o-admin, and same issues
can't change logo
can't add pictures to ads
can't upload plugins

don't know what to do,
i have checked the one which i have in UK , all configurations the same , what i seen in this new host it does not create the htaccess file , so i copied and uploaded , nothing change , i have attached a pic. with the server details any help will be really really apreciated

Using your FTP program, what folder rights do
/public_html
/oc-content/upload

have?

And using your FTP program, please also tell us what owner and group is assigned to the folders (ie. apache apache or something similar)

Okay, though 0777 is not to be used really lets see if it would make a difference.
You mention "oc-content/uploads - 777" but I see "oc-content - 755" so what happens if you change oc-content permissions into 777?

changed , and nothing ,
 i have connected the market, from there i can download themes and activate them or plugins , from there is all ok, but if i try to add something from cpanel , wont let me

Just to mention that htaccess & htaccess.preinstall i have added my self from another hosting where there i have no issue ,
as after the instalation on this server i couldn't find htaccess file

You must be either very lucky or you are using a 'bad' package?

I would download a new latest version and do a clean install.
During install you will see if all folder right requirements are met. If that is the case it should simply work.

What kind EXACTLY of hosting are you using with this particular site ? Shared ? Can we have a URL ?

Or what is the hosting company now ?

I believe this is a shared one,  as I didn't want to pay extra as done before and not working, 
I did spoken with them if a dedicated will help and they said will be much the same.

Ok, let's try to sum it up.

If it is SHARED everything is already PRE-configured by the hosting company. So if it doesn't work, IT IS THEIR FAULT. Unless YOU have changed something. Be sure you install a stock Osclass with Bender theme. If this doesn't also work, it is their fault.

I see Easy Host is a UK company. I don't know them.
