why is happens?

Hello to all. This happens to me often when I try to install the installation package osclass original without modification.
Installation Warning:
There does not seem to be the config.php file. Osclass is not installed. Need more help?

This happens initially only just entering the installation page. Why? And the CSS file is not detected in installation.

I thought the problem maybe I were trying to install the osclass in a subdomain, but I think it makes no sense.

Someone experienced can help me, please?

I had this problem when i first installed.

I just renamed the xxx.config.php to config.php

Hope this helps.

It's normal on clean installs. The file is created just after this step.

@ noonoo1, Where is this file exactly? I've researched in many folders but so far without success.

@ Gilden, but if I take more steps in installing, the css file is not detected. However this is not the point of serious situation. I will try to install on this subdomain. In another previous subdomain this problem did not exist. So I was confused by be more times when this problem appears.

Well it's frustrating, after continuing the installation ... gave me error.
This initial error should not appear. I consider this a bug which should be corrected.

@teseo, I tried to learn through research in the forum, but the problem was reported in older versions.

Well it perhaps a problem with my web hosting. Created new subdomain and i unzipped another copy of the installation package osclass, new database, and everything went on normally.
