No file was uploaded error while theme upload via dasboard Osclass

No file was uploaded error while theme upload via dasboard Osclass,
While I try to load new theme via Osclass dashboard it gives me error ; " No file was uploaded ".
Therefore I am unable to load new theme.
What can be reason? Hosting related or Osclass related?
I have tested on several hosting companies, same error I receive

ALL the problems you have are HOSTING related, this problem and the other topic (removing languages). No such problems exist in official Osclass release (stock).

It is sad that after all this time you are still spending your time and efforts with so bad hosting decisions.

Hello!

Except hosting (permissions, max upload size etc.), do you have any other upload issues? Maybe it's your internet connection? Upload the theme via FTP to oc-content/themes.

PLEASE click on this guy alias and see his post history. Nothing but strange problems with hosting.

He can't delete Language files, can't upload, apparently there is a permissions problem.

I bet his debug.log has also other errors.

Can not deleting language file from > dashboard > languages;

Coming to Hosting...
Yes you have right, I am really not successfull to find a real hosting...Almost all of I found hosting was scammers / fraud or very poor service...
Therefore I have opened another topic here where about advices about hosting, and would osclass site owners may share their experiences with good hosting providers.

@muratbora Osclass is not "my script" by any means. That upload problem is/was a HOSTING problem and not Osclass related.

As for your second problem/error, again it is a HOSTING problem and not Osclass.

Poiting fingers to Osclas is an easy thing to do, and some companies have that habbit. Still all those you're having are the result of POOR HOSTING. Nothing else. Except if you have touched the code in anyway.

I run and/or have installed ... i don't know how many Osclass ... 100 or more the last 4-5 years and i never had such problems.

into which table of SQL, Osclass is saving " languages "? I have checked PHPMYADMIN, ı can not see a table related " languages "

Physical Memory 3 GB
CPU 100
Entry Processes 60
Virtual Memory 3 GB
Number Of Processes 100

Is this bad for Osclass site? I have also moved sites another hostings for test propose, I can still not remove languages,
List of the languages still appear on dasboard.
