Asking for upgrade every time

Hello OS Class Community, I have developed a website using OS class for my college. www.studentshelf.in
It has been working good for last three months, But when I got the update for my theme, it is keeping on asking me to upgrade the os class even i did hundred times.
It even not allowing to change any settings in my dash board.
Please resolve and do me a big favour this for me.
Here i'm attaching two images of the errors that I'm getting on my dash board.

Actually you are the 3rd with the same problem, from posts i found here.

This is strange, maybe worth a little attenction from Osclass team ?

check your files for a newly created page called maintenance - you can delete it/rename it

His website is working, so no maintenance.

A temporary solution for this problem, can be to check in the database on table oc_t_preference  and find the table in wich is save the osclass version.
But beware, and make a database backup before doing this.

I encountered this problem once myself, and in that  table was not the correct version, even after i did update to the latest version there remained the old version.
After i modified that table and i include the new version the message disappears.
