Problem Upload Images after improve size image in media setting

Hi Everyone,

I have problems with my osclass, why if I improve the image of 2MB be 5MB or more in the media setting .. ads can be publicized but the picture does not appear on the advertising pages .. and if after I publish definitely a blank white page and did not return the homepage .. http://yourdomain.com/index.php .. maybe friends have a solution for this ..
