Updater broken?

This updater has been broken since the first Osclass install in April 2018.

Anytime an update is clicked on this message appears:

This is a paid item, you need to buy it before you are able to download it

All plugins and themes installed are FREE.

Except for 2 payment plugins and they don't update either.

This is on Digital Ocean and a shared hosting account.

Suggestions would be welcome.
