I up load the files to my server, and i run the install.php, i have  db, whit all the privileges, but when the sistem try to conect to dababase just tell me this "Cannot connect to the database. Check if the user has privileges.".

i tried to create te db whit the install.php in advance options, but its the same. how can i install the osclass ????

I created the databases 1st on my cpanel and had no problems but i had to wait 5 mins for them to be created so check with your web host and check you have a database set up dont know if that helps?

make sure your config.php permissions is set to 666.

Cannot insert basic configuration. Error number: 1452.why??  i dont understand help me please. in 2 step of installation showed this mesage  (target)

Are you sure you put the correct data in the fields?
It seems like there's some problem with the data base and some of the information could not be inserted

2nd time I have seen this.

Why not directly answer the question by telling what the error code is? That way, when someone searches for 1452, they can get an answer, instead of a question?
