manually update to a new version
« on: September 27, 2011, 12:33:31 pm »
Hello all classifiers!
I have 2 questions:
a) After change all files on my ubuntu server chmod -R 644 or chmod -R 777 still i cant update....
b) if i update my osclass installation manually what happend to my theme/plugin folder? I have to install my themes again? Thats not something difficult but i have edit a lot of my .php files and some .css. Can i paste all the files of the new version except the folder oc-content? This is gone achive a 100% good update?
Thanks!

You can paste all the files of the new version except the oc-content folder. However, you may not be benefit of the last changes of the modern theme: http://wiki.osclass.org/index.php/Changelog_theme_v2.2.3

It's all explained in the url that has written _CONEJO
