It is not an installation user error, but either an incompatibility with certain PHP versions or simply a bad installation routine  :D

@ Tom

Maybe try installing osclass 2.3 and then if that works do an upgrade to 2.3.3

@Tom

I just thought of another thing can you look at your error logs and see if it says why your step 3 gets stuck?

Hi,

@playingzinga, We need more information to debug this, can you take a look at error_log ? I guess you'll find more information.

If you are using a share hosting, try to contact with them I guess they can help you to find the error_log

Hi playingzinga,

Can you attach the error_log file to a post so we can see what error your site if giving you?

Thanks

Jay

Hi,

@playingzinga, try to contact with your hosting I guess they can help you to find the error_log, however if you are using cpanel I think you can view the error_log from cpanel

Hi all,

The problem is at step 1 of installer, this step needs basic information, and was entered bad information, because the database cannot be created by osclass, or username don't exist.

Regards!

Yes, we had done mistake on 1st step.

Pls follow as mentions:

Host: localhost
Database name: domain_osclass (Note: create database from your web cpanel, basically when you create database created domainname_dbname)
username: domain_admin (Note: create user from your web cpanel, basically when you create user created domainname_user)
password: xxxx

Now I clear all doubt thanks carlos.
