error when upgradin OSCLASS TO 3.1

hi team hi all,
i try to upgrade automatically osclass but he showing
"We had some errors upgrading your database. The follwing queries failed:ALTER TABLE oc_t_alerts ADD COLUMN pk_i_id INT(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT"

what happen ?

I had the same error but I just tried  reupdating again and it worked without issues. I know it really does not answer your question but try it and see if it works for you.

Could you specify the mysql error number? Are you sure that the user connecting to the database has the required privileges? Did you try manual update?

i had reupgrad osclass manually and it work
