I make many times installation of osclass to solve the problem without success.
Specifically when i create a new user and post a new advert with two new images then when i visit the main page to see how the advert looks,i get shocking when i see my advert showing other images!
I make new installations of Osclass and also i upgrade the script. I also tried to unistall Osclass using softaculus and also i tried to make unistall deleting manually databases, users of databases and also i deleted manually ALL the files from cpanel. After this i make again installation with the same problem. How can show images when these images i deleted before? How can i solve this problem?

If you have deleted images from /oc-load/ folder, and if you do not have backup, no longer solution...
You need to modify each item and reload images...This seems only solution,

This is most probably a HOSTING problem. I hope you are NOT using Arvixe hosting. If you do, that is your problem.

References to image files and folders are stored inside database, so if you haven't changed something in the oc-uploads folder or db, it shouldn't be possible.
Other place where bug might be is your theme. You must never manually delete files/folders from oc-uploads, without properly updating relevant db fields.
As it is impossible to know what you did exactly from your description, I cannot help you with more details.
