Mail problem... Anybody use Osclass on Godaddy?
« on: August 15, 2018, 04:41:56 am »
Tried localhost, smtpout.secureserver.net and the free email account that godaddy gave me. Nothing works so far. Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

Godaddy is not a good choice. Find a better hosting for your site.

Find a REAL hosting company.

I don't see anything in the documentation to explain what "mail from & name from" are for?

Thanks

After trying many different settings, this is the only logged errors:

[14-Aug-2018 17:07:23 Europe/Madrid] PHP Warning:  stream_socket_enable_crypto(): Peer certificate CN=`*.prod.iad2.secureserver.net' did not match expected CN=`Localhost' in /home/fc9sx8hd0cr5/public_html/Class/oc-includes/phpmailer/class.smtp.php on line 368

This is a HOSTING problem, your "provider" is REDIRECTING email to something else. That is why you get this error.
