Error in Installation

Hello All - Need help in Installation. I am not able to install the downloaded file. when i hosted this in my web site..i get the following message

1. There doesn't seem to be a config.php file. Osclass isn't installed. (Have a button as INSTALL) when clicked it leads me to 2nd page.

2. The 2nd page checks for the requirements and had a green signal.

3. Third page asks for some databse connectivity...im struck here...(image enclosed, what should i give and do i need to edit any file manually?

Enter your database name, username & password, then click NEXT tab

bullsb, is your problem solved now? Have you been able to go past this step? I was facing the same issue, but then I tried leaving the 'Database name' blank and filled in the database 'User Name' and 'Password' only and this worked. But now I am stuck on the next step (Target), where the installation just doesn't move ahead after filling the information.. it keeps returning to the same page.

Hi, I have the same problem when I click install I dont get a new window just a simple 0.Thats all.

 i got the same problem in my website www.tricityplus.com after making the database when i click on the next tab it shows the msg  Cannot connect to the database. Check if the user has privileges." please help me , if you know this type problem.
