Initial install error

ver 3.3.2

On install my server settings pass.  Dbase installs but I keep getting the same error and can't finish the install.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in /home/techpbc/public_html/bst/oc-includes/osclass/helpers/hValidate.php on line 127
Any ideas?

Resolved.

MB String extension for PHP was needed.
