Problem! PermaLinks and SubCategory not working properly

Who can help me solve this problem once and for all....  I want to maximise the SEO performance, hence i need a working and accurate Permalinks enabled.  But, after enabling everything works fine, but  SubCategory Hangs, page displays nothing....  I don't know what the cause is.  Can anyone helped me out. ?

If you disable friendly URL, is everything working fine? If yes, check if your hosting provider allow using friendly URL.
