Title: Jobs plugin sans price

hi all
I am using this plugin, works great at start up, I have done some personalizing to it, but there is one thing I'd like to change, but I get lost in the code.

I would like the "price" to not show up if the new posting is a job, or for the price to accept other entries like DOE, see ad.

I have found this article, but it is really hard to follow.
I am using 3.2, bender with the jobs plugin.

what the goal is: when someone is posting an ad and it happens to be a job, I would like the price field to be removed.

disable in edit categories....
