Title: Resume Upload not showing

Hi guys I am using the Jobs attributes plugin. I have configured the plugin but on the item page  the upload resume  button is not showing. any help?

Well I fixed it but I have forgotten the answer, it was on the forum. I am attaching my jobs attribute plugin.  Unfortunately If I attach any file it fials but try it first maybe its my file permissions.
