pre defined emails to admin back end

we would like to have an option in admin backend to send specific user and email with a click of a button in os class back end. So if lets say there are emails like advertisement disabled or activated etc. support agent can open the user and have option to "send email" Thanks! Send offer to info at advertisingtech.cz
