Title: Include a payment gateway in an existing payment plugin

hello,

I  am looking for a developer to include a payment gateway in an existing payment plugin.

I already have all the documentation and API (SOAP or REST method).

The ideal situation was to create an independent plugin to integrate on such payment plugin because of future updates.
