Can someone inform how difficult it would be to develop a plugin for "Reverse Auction" or "Quote Management" with below features. I am new to Osclass and not sure if already there is a provision to implement this process
- User will post a requirement for a product or service
- The requirement details are mailed to premium members (product or service providers, will charge a fee for getting access to quotes)
- User contact details not sent to the Premium members
- Premium members present quotes for the product and describes what they can offer
- User accepts a quote of all the quotes present (or) requirement expires after a certain period if no one replies (or) can withdraw the requirement if user not happy with any of the quotes
