Serious problem : Getting fatal error

Hi,

I don't why but I am getting the below mentioned problem when I activate modern theme.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function jquery_menu() in /home/ramsan/public_html/business/oc-content/themes/modern/main.php on line 37

Actually, I had Osclass modern theme 3.0.3 theme installed and was working great and after than I installed "Osclass modern_3 Theme 3.0" but since the layout is not fine and as it is overlapping when I tried to go back I am getting the above mentioned problem.

That is asking for the plugin jQuery Menu, reinstall it and everything should be fine.
