I have just launched my website yesterday but it is not showing in google search

Lol, do you have idea how google index websites?
It can take up to 3 months, but google do not have to index your site anytime, if it is not valuable or has no rank/trust

Hi, launched? Do you mean just online with your web host? You need register you domain in first on Google. If you dont make this process you dont see your website never.

Submiting a URL to google and any search engine is ancient history. So actually you give bad advice to some new guy and if he follows that he will gain nothing.

In 2014 a new virgin domain is indexed by a LINK posted somewhere. Social media, a blog, somewhere. The better is the link (the vote) the faster it is indexed.

You, even in 2014, can submit URL to google, if you do not care about backlinks and content on your site is unique and not spammy. Then, google can index you pretty fast

Yes I did submit my site and sitemap to google It worked now I can atleast see my website in the search ( Need to work on SEO though )
