Title: Non-registered user can make multiple post without login in ? how to make it..

1.  a user post a ad( non -registered user)

2. if he comes again to post a ad then he is asked to login as "A user with that email address already exists, if it is you, please log in"

how to change setting or ? to allow user to post without registering or logging in to post again
