Border + Background

Hi guys, i would like to add a border to modern theme, something like the well known rajclassified theme, i checked it out but cant figure what to edit, i tried with main.php and style.css but is not working, could some of u help me with this, i wanna add borders to separate my content of the background like showed on the image. Thanks.

Hi there,

usually theme stuff is pretty easy to analyse using your browser and element checking, in IE for example you can press F12 and using DOM you can select the element you want to analyse. You see what kind of css is used and you can see if it is done by a div or something else.

Those borders you mention, is it the side borders you are talking about?
