 :'(hi guys
i am traying to buy some plugins but i am getting 403 error.
i'll be happy if someone can help me with that

We are unable to reproduce your issue, could you please be more specific?
When did you get the 403 error? Did you click any button or link prior to that?

when i am enter  the market store any theme or plugin that i press "buy" direct me to 403 page

While we investigate this issue, you could buy plugins and themes in the market : http://market.osclass.org/
The "Buy" button, should redirect you to the market, not sure why it's giving you a 403 error.
