Title: bender black & bender problem

Hi,

i've enabled and configured payments plugin but it gives me some bugs:

1.- In user menu, when you click on Listings payment satus it changes from bender black to bender theme.
2.- In blue theme it appears (on payments option) this text: Are you sure you want to delete your account? just before Paypal&your listings title. If i disable payments plugin, all works fine.

Can somebody help me?
