Title: Feature Request: Move Ad to top every hour for X hours & Set prices by region

Hi,
Would be a nice feature.  Allow user to purchase to have ad moved to top of listings every hour for X (1-24) hours.
Should be able to configure cost for each hourly move.  E.g.  Move to top every hour for next 8 hours for $8.00.
Then throw in cron to top post each hourly.  Anybody else see value in this?  What do you think _CONEJO?

Also would be helpful to be able to set premium price by Region/City.  e.g. Premium ad's cost $4.00 for Manchester NH, but Cost $6.00 for Boston, MA.  Same for top post, highlight, etc..  In larger cities with larger populations, people will pay more allowing website to generate more money.  Both ideas are similar to what is available and how backpage.com and craigslist.com work.

It's a good idea, thanks for your suggestions. The issue is the same as always, there're too many settings to configure. You may want to move to top every one, maybe someone want to do it daily, every 3 hours, weekly,... and change how for how long.

So to set something like that, you need at least three different values: how frequent, for how long, and at what cost. Now, repeat that for each category. Or maybe you want to offer several "packs", like hourly for 8 hours at 8$, hourly for 16hours at 12$,...

Again, it's a great idea, we need to check how we could implement this without being too complicated to configure.

Thanks @_CONEJO, would be packs.  Just for current 24H.  Move top every 1 hour for next 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 hours. Use price set already for move to top. eg: Price to bump is already defined as $2 so price for 2 hours is $4, 3 hours $6, 4 hours $8, etc...  Not offer discounted packs, just a convenient way for user to bump ad and pay upfront to keep on top.  Them just throw it in hourly cron for move for however many hours paid for.

Hi Conejo,
This move to top every hour for next X hours is getting kind of important for my site.  Implementation should not be that difficult, I can provide
detailed design docs/specs.  I would code this myself, but I dont want to fork the mainline code. Is this something you would consider
doing as a contract job?
