payment plugin issue!

I am using bender theme.
payment plugin.
I have configured different price for different categories.
Now the issue is :
Consider i have set price '0' to a category name "abcd" and other categories all with price greater than '0'.
The payment plugin by default, if category price=0 then posts the normal ad and if greater than 0 then goes to pay pal page.

I posted an Ad in "abcd" category. Then edited and chose different category( having price greater than 0 ), so actually it should redirect me to pay pal page but it does not.

I just learned that payment plugin dont ask again to pay if edited!
for example.
category1=10$
category2=20$
category3=0$

The user, if first posts into category3 than after edit can post the same in catrgory1.
In this way it will be free for him!
Actually on edit, it should ask him to pay again as he is trying to post in some other category.

your issue with this plugin is not the only one, there are a lot of us that have issues, just have a gander at the forum topic. this plugin needs a complete overhaul.
