I have 3 installs running separately, tow have no errors , but I get this message everytime  i login to admin. It's does no affect anything just that the error massage is coming , all the plugin have the correct file permissions = 755
Anyone else have this, if so did you cure it?

755 is folder permission, 644 is for files. You got it wrong. Folder should be 755. Also enabling osclass debug to a log could give us (maybe) more details.

Is Osclass displaying that error ? Or some plugin is doing that ?

check the permissions of folder oc-content/plugins not the singles plugins folders
also folder oc-content/themes must be 755
