Osclass Payments Pro Checkout Issue

Hi, i have a problem with Osclass Payments Pro Checkout, i test to make a free ads become premium ones, but other user ads are included on checkout page, see attachment,,, how to fix this? thanks...

Click on the delete button on the right. They were probably added previously, in another attempt to make them premium and didn't complete the checkout

i've click the delete button, but it always shown.. thats why i;m asking to this forum.. 

is there any uncompatile issue with other plugin?

i've the following list of plugin on my site;

Database Log Table, Google Maps, HybridAuth, More edit, Open Graph, and Print Ad

Ummm, I'm not sure, please open a support ticket in the market : http://market.osclass.org/plugins/payments/osclass-payments-pro_203 so we could look this issue with more detail
