Title: Payment system plugin breaks categories in admin

Hi there.
I know, that there are all new osclass 3.2, but I've made a lot of changes in my osclass 3.1.2. All works fine, but if I enable payment system plugin, I can't change any item's category (drop-down list are empty).

Maybe someone has same issue?

Payments plugins requires Osclass 3.2 or higher

I have old version payments plugin, being installed when osclass 3.2 been not available.
