Title: Payment with Bank Transfer

beside paypal ? why this plugin cant set to bank transfer ?

like a simple form allowing user to set between premium or not . then redirect to a page where the user instructed to pay from bank transfer . and wait for admin to confirm the payment ?

i check all over the forum but always  dead end. the manual premium plugin also cant work
