Title: sandbox issue

How do I get the stupid sandbox to turn off? Using 3.4 with payment plugin.

I finally found it.
In the payment plugin there is an option to use sandbox. Uncheck that stupid thing. If that doesn't work, go to business tools in paypal.com - remove your current API signature and request a new one. Plug the new API info into the payment plugin. Make sure the stupid sandbox is not checked.

Such a simple answer that no one would offer to me.
