plugin for Newsletter Opt-In

Hi,

Is there a plugin (preferably free) to pop a form to the visitor and ask for their email to Opt-In to  Newsletter?

drizzlethemes have developed one.
I did not purchase it yet but I think its a must.

We have developed one working with Mailchimp.

You can see the plugin - Madhouse Mailchimp - which is available on the market.

It's a premium plugin though.
