Title: Is there an easy way to remove or disable official plugins?

I want to remove latest ads, related ads, and contact publisher.  I think these are all official plugins and I was just wondering if there was an easy way to remove or disable these plugins.  Thank you.

Hi caserates,

Those are NOT plugins, those are functions built in the theme, modify the theme and edit out those part on the HTML code
