Title: Plugins are not working

I have installed two plugins and they are not working at all: Cars attributes and Rich edit. On the plugin manage page they are active. But when I add new ad nothing happens. There is no rich text page and no new attributes when I choose Vehicles (I have set this directory for car plugin)
What should I do?
I use Osclass 3.2.1
