Title: Print ad plugin not working, getting server 500 issue

i installed a printad plugin, but it was not working getting server 500 issue, and i am not sure it was issue with plugin or withserver. if it was issue with server can u please tell me requirements for server? to solve this issue? please help me here to get out from issue... thank u
