Title: subscription box not working properly!

I just want to use on my site subscribtion box plugin but after the user wanted to change to other box/option,the page is as below.
help me to fix please.

No,iam using other theme.I don't think it's theme related issue.

We gotta check the common issues first. Try with Bender and enable debugging. https://doc.osclass.org/Debug_PHP_errors

I removed the plugin.it s not gonna work.
