When a I click to "Place an offer" the pop up does weird things

In my own listings I can place an offer but when I click "Submit Offer" a "Please enter a number" message appears.

In other user ads can't place an offe, the button doesnt work and even if I delete "previous" and "next" fancybox divs with Firebug I'm still not able to send an offer. And sometimes offer button and text dissappears.

Any fix?

It isn't displaying for me bcute theme.. Am I missing something ?

Edit, Had a look at the help.php and noticed the code obviously to put into item.php but I can't see it in admin so that needs to be fixed.

<?php _e('You have to edit your item.php file in your theme folder. Then add the following line &lt;?php offer_button(); ?&gt; anywhere you want the offer button to show up.', 'offer_button'); ?>
So if anybody else is dumb enough (like me, no offense to others) to miss this they need to add: <?php offer_button(); ?>
into the item.php
