looking for a plugin and willing to pay for it

I need a plugin that will allow me to have a field in the user profile that is readonly except to admin for a random code that is generated upon adding that user to the DB.

Then I need a field added to the registration page that is for that code when a new member registers.

Basically my site is members only and I want my existing members to be able to give out their code so they can have others join.

Some nice features would be:
1. Banning a memeber that used another members code will ban the original member as well
2. ability to change the code by admin if the code has been comprimised.

Again totally will to pay for someones time to do this.
