Title: Is there a plugin to email a specific user from admin area?

Hello,

Specifically, a plugin or a way to be able to send an email to any specific user from the admin/user area regarding their listing or account, etc., to inform them that they need to login or something like that or write my own message in the message field and send them an email. Thanks!

AFAIK*, no. Would it help if we can add a button "Send mail" that opens the email client you have and auto-fills receiver mail address?
