Title: Changing "categories" appearance of "realestate theme" to be like "Bender"?

Hi,

Kindly help me to change the appearance of categories in "Real estate theme" home page to be Like that of "bender theme" home page.

For example, the pictures below shows the two themes. A main category, "For sale" in Bender theme has all its Subcategories displayed in the home page. I want to be to edit all the categories and their subcategories in the  Real Estate theme to appear on the home page like that of bender.

I wait onto you all for their guidelines.
