There is NEVER a charge but I still have not been successful in the market version. Only the Osshaft_realestate version. I still have no idea why the market version does not change.

I have tried free theme from  http://www.osshaft.org/, but same problem which i have faced in Market theme.
and also i have tried Twitter theme from same website.. but menu and search box and others are in irregular alignment.:-(
Can you please help me for Twitter theme -
1. default back ground image remove
2. align the Search result and reduce the frame size (which to displaying full frame )

The Realestate theme works fine on my Localhost and on a live test site so I have no answers for you concerning your problem(s) with it.
 
For the Twitter theme:
Edit theme grid.css file located in theme CSS folder at line #246 to change/remove background image

For search bar, edit searchbar.css located in theme searchbar folder at or around line #144. This depends on what exact search bar box you want to edit. below code is for the box where the search term is entered (The box above the red line in your image).

It would help very much to know the Osclass version your using and any other pertinent information.

Sorry forgot to mentioned my Version.
Version is 3.3.2 (recent Osclass version). Is there any problem for recent version.?

I have only tested to Osclass 3.1.....
Could be that specific feature does not work on newer Osclass but one would think that being it IS in the market.....

Thanks a lot for your help and Support.. i have fixed the text.. Replace the Default Text into "Blank".

Currently i am configuring the email template which is professionally . So i tried to insert my image into email template(attached screen).
but not able to insert image due to the below message. even i went and checked the path which is showing in message, but am not able to fix the issue.
Is it due to market version?

What version of Apache and PHP are you using in Xampp?Please update to newest version.
This seems Ok using Wamp, PHP 5.4.3, Apache 2.2.22, SQL 5.5.24
Would you please try doing the exact same thing but use Chrome.

Sorry, I spoke to soon. Seems that the latest Realestate theme version in market does NOT have the placeholder settings.

The only place the search placeholder settings are located are:
 oc-content\themes\realestate\functions.php  Line 23: osc_set_preference('keyword_placeholder',__('Luxury Villas', 'realestate'),'realestate');

  oc-content\themes\realestate\languages\en_US\theme.po  Line 100: msgid "Luxury Villas";

Change BOTH "Luxury Villas" above to whatever word(s) you want.

In my last post I showed the Osshaft_Realestate version that DOES have the ability to change in Admin but didn't know the MARKET version didn't have the setting. Seems that would be quite easy to add.

I changed the term in both lines of code in the Market version and the term "'Luxury Villas' remained..... strange.

Same thing, but i have replace the text default one and also put some blank space in ('keyword_placeholder',__('Luxury Villas', 'realestate'),'realestate');

New one is: ('xyz',__('', 'realestate'),'realestate');

My theme is working fine..
