Title: Real estate Theme location menu not working

  locations drop down menu don't work on realestate theme I have to edit in the dashboard manually when people get bored and just enter what they can. Why has nobody done anything, I have changed the code "Itemform" in the suggested files but it make no difference after one change i lost the regions and city>

This recommends changing 3 PHP files,  item-edit.php, item-post.php  and this one frm.php  which does not exist.

Actually the frm.php you need to edit does exist?
Located at:
oc-admin/themes/modern/items/frm.php

The other 2 are located in the realestate theme folder.
