Country Region dropdown/auto complete not working

I am trying to use Real Estate theme with OSC 3.4.2

Niether DropDown nor Auto Complete works

I have tried converting both DropDown/AutoComplete using the tutorial hxxp://doc.osclass.org/Changing_between_drop-down_and_autocomplete_for_locations
the cities does not apdate according to region selection

Any help will be appriciated
