comments & map not showing

I set comments only for registered users. But the thing is that when I'm logged in, I can see comments, but when not logged in, I cannot see any comments! I don't want non-registered users to make comments to avoid spamming, but I sure would like them to read comments!

Is there a way around this?

Also, maps are not shown. They start to load with the item page, but soon "disappear". I did not change the theme in any way. Why is that?

Admin - Show More - Comments - Are they being held for admin approval?
 
Admin - Listings - Comments - Are they set to active.
 
A couple things can cause this but without being able to see it. Map image may be disappearing due to screen size. Enlarge browser window. If map appears on larger window then media print settings are set to high. Media print normally can be found in css near end.

Settings are ok. And yes, they are being held for approval, but they don't show even after being approved! They show only if viewer is registered and logged in!

I did not change media print settings. I'm using the theme default. If those are wrong, then it's the theme settings that are doing it...

Ok, I'll send you the url to your inbox. When I post it in the forum I start getting hundreds of spam attacks...

About the comments question.
In Admin - Show More - Comments
Check box for "Users must be registered and logged in to comment" must be UN-CHECKED to be seen by visitors. I know, that makes little sense but when checked the comments will NOT show....
 
In Admin - Listings - Setting. The checkbox for: "  Only allow registered users to contact publisher " Can be checked.

Ok... this "fix" won't work for me!

I had already tried this and the only thing that happened was that spammers started sending spam messages as comments, it was awful! Like dozens per day!!!!

I need only registered and logged in users to be allowed to write comments, but...

I want anyone to be able to see them.

How can I make it happen? Does anyone know? Developers, please?

As long as comments moderated is checked then spammer comments can not show. The problem with that is the admin must sort though these. I hope you get an answer because I'm sure others would like to solve this.

Yes, that's the point Tom. I don't mind moderating comments, but if anyone can post spam comments, they must have some sort of robot to do that. And then, as it has already happened, I'd have keep deleting spam comments. It takes too much time, it's a nightmare!

And trying to insert recaptcha is useless. You can only insert one recaptcha per page, and usually this goes on the "contact the seller" form.

Also, users don't like recaptcha that much. I know I don't! The only effect of recaptcha for comments is to refrain real users from posting their comments. 

Sigh... I do wish developers will take a look on this issue and help us sort this out!
