changing the total width of repurpose theme

Hi ,
I am new to this application. I am using repurpose theme. I want to edit the following items in my site.
1. I want to adjust the top bar width same as the content page width.
2. And i want to replace the the regions to cities in the search and as well as side bar also.

so i need help regarding this matter.
